The Georgian Townhouse was a conversion from its original form of a medical practice where the client wanted to keep the characteristics so from the front it still retains its 200-year-old presence.
Within the property, the work involved retaining its period features whilst toning down certain areas and giving heritage colour schemes. Parquet flooring was reinstated to the property to give a juxtaposition between old and new allowing flooring and colour schemes to flow through the property complimenting each other well.
The rear of the property was given a modern contemporary design utilising materials such as polished concrete flooring and wider vast glazing to give it a classical yet modern vibe.
